The Blood

 ♡~•~♡~•~πŸ©·πŸ„ΉπŸ„΄πŸ…‚πŸ…„πŸ…‚πŸ©·~•~♡~•~♡

The Blood
Pleading the Blood
Rest in Christ's Finished Work
On The Cross

The victory has already been accomplished through Christ’s finished work on the cross.
No need to plead the blood in every situation, over any object or person.

1 Corinthians 15:57 NLT
But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The blood of Jesus is for the forgiveness of sin because without the shedding of blood their is no forgiveness of sin.

We have already been transferred into the Kingdom of God's dear Son.
We do not need to 'plead the blood' over and over again.

Jesus is not apart from His blood.

Through the years, as we grow in our walk with Christ and grow from the milk to the meat of God's word, I have learned that we do not "plead the blood of Christ".  Through prayer and seeking truth in the Bible, I know that the blood of Jesus shed for our sins, cleanses us from our sins. That's it.  No 'pleading the blood'.  I never knew it came from the 'Word of Faith' movement.  It is a Pentecostal tradition.

♡🩷♡
Romans 5:9-11 NLT
⁹ And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation.
¹⁰ For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son.
¹¹ So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God.

Christ already disarmed spiritual rulers and authorities!πŸ™Œ No need to plead the blood again and again.πŸ™‚πŸ‘‡
Colossians 2:15 NLT
In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.

John 19:30 NLT
When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

Ephesians 1:7 NLT
He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.

Hebrews 9:22 NLT
In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.

Hebrews 10:10 NLT
For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.

Colossians 2:14-15 NLT
¹⁴ He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.
¹⁵ In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.

1 Timothy 2:5 NLT
For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus.

Colossians 1:13-14 NLT
¹³ For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,
¹⁴ who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.

1 John 2:1 NLT
My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous.

Revelation 1:5 NLT
⁵ and from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the ruler of all the kings of the world. All glory to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding his blood for us.

Revelation 12:11 NLT
And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.

Revelation 19:10 NLT
Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers and sisters who testify about their faith in Jesus. Worship only God. For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus.”

1 Thessalonians 5:9 NLT
For God chose to save us through our Lord Jesus Christ, not to pour out his anger on us.

The Blood of Christ was poured out to save us from the wrath to come.

Colossians 2:8 NLT
Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking [tradition] and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ.

Instead of 'pleading'  the blood, we should rest in what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross.
It is already done, finished!πŸ₯°πŸ™Œ✝️πŸ‘πŸ©ΈπŸ•ŠπŸ‘‘

"We have been cleansed by the blood of Christ, and now He is our High Priest and mediator who “always lives to make intercession” for us (Hebrews 7:25). As His sheep we are already under His protection; we simply need to live day by day trusting in Him for what He has already promised and provided."

Return To God

Pearls & Pigs

Matthew 7:6 NLT
“Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you."

πŸ•ŠπŸ“–πŸ¦ͺπŸ“–πŸ•Š
Proverbs 9:7-8 NLT
⁷ Anyone who rebukes a mocker will get an insult in return. Anyone who corrects the wicked will get hurt
⁸ So don’t bother correcting mockers; they will only hate you. But correct the wise, and they will love you.

Proverbs 23:9 NLT
Don’t waste your breath on fools, for they will despise the wisest advice.

Acts 13:45
Acts of the Apostles 13:44-49, 52 NLT
⁴⁴ The following week almost the entire city turned out to hear them preach the word of the Lord.
⁴⁵ But when some of the Jews saw the crowds, they were jealous; so they slandered Paul and argued against whatever he said
⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and declared, “It was necessary that we first preach the word of God to you Jews. But since you have rejected it and judged yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we will offer it to the Gentiles.
⁴⁷ For the Lord gave us this command when he said, ‘I have made you a light to the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the farthest corners of the earth.’”
⁴⁸ When the Gentiles heard this, they were very glad and thanked the Lord for his message; and all who were chosen for eternal life became believers.
⁴⁹ So the Lord’s message spread throughout that region.
² And the believers were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.

Freedom Is My Anthem
Freedom!
I am Free!

John 8:31-32 NLT
31 Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings.
32 "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

♡🩷♡
John 8:36 NLT
So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.

Romans 8:2 NLT
And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.

2 Corinthians 3:17 NLT
For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

Galatians 5:1, 13 NLT
1 So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.
13 For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.

God's Love for Jerusalem

♡~•~♡~•~πŸ©·πŸ„ΉπŸ„΄πŸ…‚πŸ…„πŸ…‚πŸ©·~•~♡~•~♡

God's Love for Jerusalem

Jerusalem—an Unfaithful Wife

♡🩷♡
Ezekiel 16:60-63 NLT
60 Yet I will remember the covenant I made with you when you were young, and I will establish an everlasting covenant with you.
61 Then you will remember with shame all the evil you have done. I will make your sisters, Samaria and Sodom, to be your daughters, even though they are not part of our covenant.
62 And I will reaffirm my covenant with you, and you will know that I am the Lord.
63 You will remember your sins and cover your mouth in silent shame when I forgive you of all that you have done. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!”

New Covenant Prophesied

Jeremiah 31:31-37 NLT
31 “The day is coming,” says the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah.
32 This covenant will not be like the one I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and brought them out of the land of Egypt. They broke that covenant, though I loved them as a husband loves his wife,” says the Lord.

33 “But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel after those days,” says the Lord. “I will put my instructions deep within them, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
34 And they will not need to teach their neighbors, nor will they need to teach their relatives, saying, ‘You should know the Lord.’ For everyone, from the least to the greatest, will know me already,” says the Lord. “And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.”

35 It is the Lord who provides the sun to light the day
and the moon and stars to light the night,
and who stirs the sea into roaring waves.
His name is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies,
and this is what he says:
36 “I am as likely to reject my people Israel
as I am to abolish the laws of nature!”

37 This is what the Lord says:
“Just as the heavens cannot be measured
and the foundations of the earth cannot be explored,
so I will not consider casting them away
for the evil they have done.
    I, the Lord, have spoken!

♡🩷♡
"Commentaries on Ezekiel 16:61, found on StudyLight.org and other sites, explain that this verse signifies God establishing a new, everlasting covenant with Israel, extending beyond the old covenant to include Gentiles who will become "daughters" in the new covenant community, receiving their spiritual inheritance from Israel. The "elder and younger sisters" refer to the Gentiles, who will be incorporated into the Church under the New Covenant.

Key Points from the Commentaries

⦁    The Everlasting Covenant:
Verse 61 introduces God's promise to establish an everlasting covenant, which commentators link to the New Covenant prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31-35.

⦁    "Thy Sisters":
The "elder and younger" sisters are interpreted as the Gentiles—those who lived before the Jewish nation was called and those who came after.

⦁    Inclusion of Gentiles:
These Gentiles will be brought into the Church and receive the privileges and ordinances of God's covenant, participating in the new spiritual community alongside converted Israelites.

⦁    A New Spiritual Family:
The "giving them unto thee for daughters" signifies that the Gentiles, once brought into the Church by God's grace, will be incorporated into the covenant people and obey the word of God.

⦁    Shame and Repentance:
The context of the verse suggests that when God shows covenant grace and brings these "sisters" into the fellowship, Jerusalem will then remember her past ways, be ashamed, and acknowledge her great sinfulness.

In essence, the commentaries highlight that Ezekiel 16:61 is a crucial prophecy about the inclusion of the Gentiles into the people of God through a new covenant in the blood of Jesus Christ, our Messiah, forming a universal community of faith."

No One Knows

♡~•~♡~•~πŸ©·πŸ„ΉπŸ„΄πŸ…‚πŸ…„πŸ…‚πŸ©·~•~♡~•~♡

• No One Knows,
• Only the Father

False Pretribulation Rapture Date-Setting

The 23rd and 24th came and went and the world is laughing at Christians, yet someone has again set a new date!
The pre-tribulation rapture did not happen even though someone claimed the Lord told them the tribulation is going to start and then the false prophet added the dates. So many claimed they had dreams and the Lord confirming everything and most of them were running with the date narrative. How can so many Christians be deceived?
Jesus will never ever lie about His own words when He said that no one knows the day of His return only the Father and only the Father has the authority to set those dates and times.  Jesus said it is not for us to know.
Yet everyone ran with all these false prophets and their visions and dreams and words from the Lord Himself and yes, I call them false prophets.  To claim Jesus said something when He did not, is to lie in His name.  Where is the fear of the Lord in that?

Ecclesiastes 5:3, 7 NLT
3 Too much activity gives you restless dreams; too many words make you a fool.
7 Talk is cheap, like daydreams and other useless activities. Fear God instead.

Acts of the Apostles 1:6-7 NLT
So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restore our kingdom?”
He replied, “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know.

Matthew 24:36, 44 NLT
³⁶  “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows.
⁴⁴ You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.

Titus 1:2 NLT
"...God—who does not lie—..."

Hebrews 6:18 NLT
"...it is impossible for God to lie..."

Romans 3:4 NLT
Of course not! Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true. As the Scriptures say about him, “You will be proved right in what you say, and you will win your case in court.”

Jeremiah 23:16 NLT
This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says to his people:
“Do not listen to these prophets when they prophesy to you,
    filling you with futile hopes.
They are making up everything they say.
They do not speak for the Lord!

Matthew 24:24-25 (Jesus)
24 For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones
25 See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.

Romans 16:17
And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.

Luke 19:13 NLT
Before he left, he called together ten of his servants and divided among them ten pounds of silver, saying, ‘Invest this for me while I am gone.’ ['Occupy till I come.']

Let us be about God our Father's business as Jesus was about His Father's business.  Do the work of serving others, bearing one another's burdens.
Eyes not on a calendar but eyes fixed on Jesus.
