Daily bread

Shalom, saints.♡⚘ Are you feeding daily on spiritual bread, the word of God?   In the Lord's Prayer we ask God to give us our daily bread. It is literal food but also spiritual nourishment. Take to heart God your heavenly Father's word to do His will.

Do you tell people about Jesus? God says 'Go tell'. Do not let the devil intimidate you through wicked people. They are the very ones who need to hear about Jesus. I believe we should not argue with them, but in love tell them about Jesus. Pray for them. When they are full of mockery and insults, say what is necessary, as the Holy Spirit leads you, and let them be. When they reject your message, go away as a testimony against them on the Day of Judgment.

 God bless you in Jesus.♡⚘

"Receive His word - let it enter into thy Soul; digest it - let it be thy nourishment; and let it be thy meat and drink to do the will of thy Father who is in heaven."Adam Clarke Commentary

Temptation/Tribulation

Shalom saints.ðŸĪ— ⚘  I want to speak about something many Christians say, that "God will not give you more than you can handle".
They say that about sickness, pain, trouble, which is incorrect.

When it comes to afflictions and tribulations then yes, God does give you "more than you can handle". He will allow you to be burdened excessively, beyond your strength, so that you may despair even of life, but that's when we trust in God even unto death.

Regarding temptations God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able, but will provide a way of escape, so that we are able to endure it.

God bless you in the blessed Name of Jesus Christ our Lord.✝️💜

-       -       -       -       -       -       -
temptation:
desire, urge, itch, impulse, inclination, lure, attraction, pull, seduction, inducement.
-       -       -       -       -       -       -

No temptation has overtaken you except something common to mankind; and God is faithful, so He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.
1 Corinthians 10:13 NASB2020

For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, of our afflictions [tribulation] which occurred in Asia, that we were burdened excessively, beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life.
2 Corinthians 1:8 NASB2020

Trust God

Shalom saints.ðŸĪ—♡⚘Be encouraged by the word of God. God bless you.

All To Jesus I Surrender

For the Lord God , the Holy One of Israel has said this, “In returning [to Me] and rest you shall be saved, In quietness and confident trust is your strength.”
But you were not willing,  Therefore the Lord waits [expectantly] and longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you.  For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed (happy, fortunate) are all those who long for Him [since He will never fail them].

Isaiah 30:15‭, ‬18 AMP

They shall not be put to shame who wait and hope expectantly for Me.
Isaiah 49:23 AMP

'In quietness and confident trust is your strength' :
in a quiet submission to the will of God, and in quietly waiting upon him for the issue and event of things, abiding in their own houses, and not in a hurrying tumultuous manner, running here and there for help; and in a holy and humble confidence in the Lord, and in the power of his might, where they should find such strength and security.
~John Gill commentary

'Blessed (happy, fortunate) are all those who long for Him [since He will never fail them]' :
that do not run here and there for help, and are tumultuous, restless, and impatient, but wait God's own time to do them good; that wait for his gracious presence, and the discoveries of his love, for the performance of his promises, for answers of prayer, for all blessings temporal and spiritual, and for eternal glory and happiness; these are happy persons, all and every one of them; they enjoy much now, and it can not be said, nor conceived, what God has prepared for them hereafter; see Isaiah 49:23.
