The God who heals
God bless everyone in the Name of Jesus.🙏👐♥️🕊️ Thank you Abba.
I have a testimony to give glory to our God for He is still the Healer, the same yesterday, today and forever.
Now I know the mockers will not believe this, saying why doesn't He heal my mother from her Alzheimer's. I don't know!🤷🏻♀️
But I believe this is how He is going to bring her home to Him one day, through this disease.
Through this disease God has been changing me, my heart that still had a lot of selfishness which He has been cleaning out!
My husband and I have prayed many times over Ma for healing from this disease, laid hands on her after anointing her with oil, but God has not yet healed her and we have made peace with that.
What God has been doing is, as we pray every day for strength for us, for her, for His grace over us, He has been so faithful even in the worst of times.
Truly as Jesus said to apostle Paul whom He did not heal: "My grace is sufficient for you."
Yes, His grace truly is sufficient for Ma and for us, for "the power of Christ rests upon us".
But back to what He healed!
Something small, but something that could have turned ugly, into a gaping hole in her foot, because I have seen some horrible sores on elderly people on photos. Ma also has high blood sugar level.
Unfortunately I never thought to take a 'before' photo. Never thought I would be making this post!
But a while back out of the blue, without hurting her foot, Ma developed a blister like sore under the bridge of her foot, that soft part, about a thumbnail size, maybe a tiny bit bigger, and one time I used salve on it and covered it with a plaster, but the plaster fell off after one day and I decided to rather leave it open.
I noticed it became darker and hard over time and the other day Holy Spirit led me to pray for her foot, I just out of the blue had the urge to do that and also I again (only the second time) put some of that salve on it without covering it.
Not much, just a tiny bit that I rubbed in until it was absorbed and about two days went by and yesterday we noticed it was gone! Like it wasn't there at all! We can't find a scab that maybe fell off, just nothing! (Edit to add that we found the scab.)

Nothing more to say except that our God still heals and He is God and does as He pleases and He says in Isaiah 55:8-9...
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord . “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts."

And as I was reading Isaiah 55, it is so beautiful, I felt led to share all of it.
God is speaking to the unbelievers, calling you to Him. Please read it. God loves you so very much. You cannot imagine how much He loves your precious soul.
Imagine Jesus hanging on the cross, His beard plucked from His face, spit at, mocked, stripped naked, whipped, beaten, bruised and bleeding, dying, all for you, because God loves you so much.
Jesus' blood was the atonement for your sins, to restore your relationship with God your Creator, your heavenly Father.
We cannot say we loved Him first because He loved the whole world first, while we were yet sinners. God bless you.♥️🕊️

“Ho! Everyone who thirsts, [thirsting after forgiveness of sin by the blood of Christ]

Why do you spend money for what is not bread, [false doctrine, because Jesus alone is the Bread of Life! (John 6:35)]
And your wages for what does not satisfy? [seeking happiness in worldly things which do not satisfy]
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And let your soul delight itself in abundance.
Incline your ear, and come to Me.
Hear, and your soul shall live;
And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David.
Indeed I have given him as a witness to the people, A leader and commander for the people.
Surely you shall call a nation you do not know,
And nations who do not know you shall run to you, (Gentile nations, that's you and I!😁)
Because of the Lord your God,
[because of the love of God and His grace with which He draws us unto Him]
And the Holy One of Israel; [Christ]
For He has glorified you.”
[God the Father has glorified His Son through whom He did everything]
Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way,
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
Let him return to the Lord,
And He will have mercy on him;👐♥️
And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.👐♥️
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord .
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts than your thoughts.
“For as the rain comes down,
and the snow from heaven,
And do not return there,
But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
And bread to the eater,
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void,
[it is the power of God to salvation]
But it shall accomplish what I please,
[save sinners!]
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
“For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace;
[converted men will be filled with joy and peace!]
The mountains and the hills
Shall break forth into singing before you,
And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree,
And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree;
[wicked men, sinners, shall be converted to saints]
And it shall be to the Lord for a name,
For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”
[God's church, His people shall never be cut off but shall serve Him forever!]
